"Carry On", Emmy Nominated Feature on The Young and the Restless

A year after Brad Hatfield and I won The Emmy Award for “Sunshine”, which was featured on The Young and the Restless, I was again nominated for “Carry On”. I had been asked to write a song for the character of Devon, whose storyline at the time involved the devastating news of hearing loss. Considering Devon’s musical aspirations, this was an extremely difficult time for him. For many years, I was known as ‘the voice of the show” and this was another wonderful opportunity I was fortunate enough to have. The Y&R has been very good to me!
