What happens when you load expired film into a brand new Lomo MC-A at Point Reyes National Seashore? I took my new Lomo MC-A out for its very first rolls — loaded with 20-year-expired Fuji film and some fresh Kodak Gold — to see how it would handle the wild Northern California coast. For this shoot, I headed to the stunning Point Reyes National Seashore — a place known for its abundant wildlife, dramatic cliffs, sweeping coastal vistas, and that soft, dreamy light that makes film photography shine. The ever-changing conditions and landscapes made it a perfect testing ground not only for my new Lomography camera, but also fun for my Polaroid SX-70. In this video: • Shooting 20-year-expired film vs. Kodak Gold • First shots with the Lomo MC-A • Instant film shots with the Polaroid SX-70 • Wildlife, hiking, and peaceful coastal moments Point Reyes is easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited — incredible wildlife, scenic trails, and endless inspiration for photographers. If you love nature, film photography, and Northern California adventures, this one’s for you - and for more nature exploration and film photography, consider subscribing and following along on my many adventures. I hope you enjoy! #FilmPhotography #ExpiredFilm #PointReyes #lomography #lomomca
