Today brought a refreshing change of scenery as we ventured off-site to Rochester University. Our visit was made all the more special by the gracious hospitality of Darren McCullough, whom many of you know as the son of our esteemed team member, Phil McCullough. Darren currently serves as the Director of Development Operations at RU, and our connection with him goes way back. We had the privilege of assisting Darren in Both selling his previous home and securing his new residence in Shelby Township. It was a delightful experience to reunite and explore the historic Gallaher Center under his guidance - an original estate nestled within the university's grounds. In other exciting news, the real estate market continues to thrive! Last weekend witnessed the successful closure of two homes under contract, with both transactions featuring multiple offers for our buyers. Additionally, we're thrilled to announce that we've secured a cash offer for one of our sellers, well exceeding the asking price. Despite the rain dampening our plans for a comprehensive campus tour, our enthusiasm remains undimmed We're eager to return to Rochester University on a sunnier day for a complete exploration!
