In 2023, Silver State Pediatric hired Quillin to raise their general market awareness and, more important, to assist them in penetrating and building credibility among the medical and lay communities. Their primary objective was to become top of mind with the medical community and families when faced with the very difficult decision of needing acute pediatric care. The secondary objective was to increase their in-patient census counts. The campaign exceeded expectations, demonstrating that strategic planning and creative execution can deliver significant results, even on a limited budget. Within 24-hours, Silver State Pediatric had a double-digit waiting list for volunteers at their facility. They requested that we slow the process down. In addition to the hundreds of human resources we generated, the estimated publicity value of our efforts resulted in $1.5M worth of earned media reporting in one month. Within five months of posting the video on the website and completing our coordinated PR campaign, the facility reached maximum capacity.
