Do try it and let me know in the comments how it turned out ❤️ Watch till the end for crispy tips! 🥕 Ingredients Spring roll sheets 1 cup cabbage (finely chopped) 1 carrot (julienne) 1 capsicum (thin sliced) 1/2 cup boiled noodles 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp red chilli sauce 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp chili sauce 1/2 tsp black pepper Salt to taste 2 tsp schezwan chutney 1 tbsp cornflour (for slurry) Oil for frying 🥣 Spring Roll Sheet Ingredients • 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour) • 1 tbsp corn flour • Salt – a pinch • Water – as needed (smooth batter ke liye) 📝 Method Step 1 Ek bowl me maida, corn flour aur namak daal kar mix karein. (In a bowl, mix maida, corn flour, and salt.) Step 2 Thoda thoda pani add karte hue smooth batter banayein. (Add water gradually and make a smooth batter.) 👉 Batter itna patla hona chahiye ki tawa par easily spread ho jaye. Na zyada gaadha, na bilkul pani jaisa patla. (The batter should be thin enough to spread easily on the pan — not too thick, not too watery.) Step 3 Non-stick tawa ko halka sa garam karein (low flame). (Gently heat a non-stick pan on low flame.) Step 4 Ek chamach batter daal kar turant halka spread karein. (Pour one ladle of batter and spread lightly.) Step 5 Jab upar se dry ho jaye aur halka sa edge lift hone lage, tab nikaal lein. (When the top looks dry and edges start lifting, remove it.) ⚠️ Isko zyada mat sekna, sirf ek side hi cook karein.
