You'll need: Trim removal kit - Harbor Freight $8 Torx T25 bit 3-in-1 Oil - Home Depot $3 Search how to remove the door panel, it's very simple with the trim pullers. Disconnect all wiring. 2. Remove the lower BOSE speaker assembly. (Speaker itself cannot be removed from the plastic black box!) 3. Heat up a thin piece of metal (like an icepick) with a lighter. Poke a hole into the center circle (only the dust cover.) 4. Squeeze 4-5 drops of the oil into the hole, swirl the speaker around so the oil can get into the voice coils and hopefully lubricate. You can re-seal the hole with a thick glue like Elmer's. 5. Re-install and cross your fingers! Putting the door panel back on is reverse of removal, keep track of screws.
