Is Shiki-Sai the BEST Restaurant at Epcot? Top 5 Disney World Restaurant Series

This is part 2 of our 5 part series where we dine at our top 5 favorite Epcot restaurants to see which we think is the BEST. Shiki-Sai is the newest restaurant on this list and is one of 3 table service restaurants located in the Japan Pavillion at Epcot's World Showcase. This is a casual Izakaya style restaurant, meaning the cuisine is meant to be shared, and the menu focuses on small plates with accompanying drinks. There's also a full sushi bar available to patrons. The interior architecture sports huge windows with great views of World Showcase Lagoon and Epcot's nightly fireworks shows, the ceiling is decorated with dimly lit lanterns, and the backwall is adorned with screens that display a picturesque array of Japanese landscapes. Shiki-Sai means Festival of the Four Seasons and subsequently this restaurant will change its decorative aesthetic based on the current season. Out of all the restaurants on this list Shiki-Sai is the one we've visited the most. It's not the hardest reservation to get and it's experience feels the most Epcot to us. With their cultural representatives helping to both entertain and teach guests about Japanese culture.
