This recipe is good for diabetic people. We are adding fenugreek leaves in it to make healthier. This gluten free recipe is a perfect for weight loss. Ingredients: • 10~12 Garlic cloves • 4~5 Green chilies • 1 tsp Cumin seeds • 1/4 tsp Ajwain / Carom seeds • 1 cup Bajri flour / Pearl millet flour • Red chili powder • Turmeric powder • Salt to taste • Coriander powder • 1/4 cup Curd • Water • 1 cup finely chopped Fenugreek leaves • Finely chopped Coriander leaves (Optional) • Oil • White Sesame seeds Method: • In a blender jar take garlic, green chilies, cumin seeds, ajwain and blend it into a coarse paste. • In a bowl take bajra flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and mix well. • Add curd, water, fresh masala that we blended and mix well. The batter should have pouring consistency. • Add fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and mix well. • Heat up a pan on medium heat. • Add oil and spread it well. • Add sesame seeds at the center of the pan and spread batter on the pan. • Cook well for about 4-5 minutes from one side and flip it over. • When other side is also roasted well, take the ghavan off into a dish. • Bajariche ghavan is all ready.
