After watching every YouTube and reding every online post about Poor first layer and low Z off set. I found in my case, these things that worked. The Eddy Current sensor controls the filament extrusion pressure and the auto bed leveling. So, lose screws and poor electrical connections will cause all kinds of quality problems. If you have a spare nozzle then replace it just to rule out a clogged nozzle. First, remove the hot end nozzle. Then remove the 3 hex screws that hold the heater/thermal couple board in place. Carefully bend the heater board down so you can see the back side. There you will find 4 smaller Hex head screws. Make sure they are tight. They seem to work lose over time. Then put the heater board back in place and tighten down its 3 hex head screw. Next pop off the back plastic cover of the extruder. Inside there you will find two black wires with crimp connectors that are held to the PCB with small hex head screws. Make sure they are tight. This is the connection from the Eddy current sensor. If the screws on the heater board are not tight or the connection is poor on the PCB, then filament flow detection will not work right and probing the build plate for auto leveling will not work right.
