公共衞生優勢，在於如何評估服務成效， 並且讓Charlson學習到與研究相關的知識。 發展一個服務時， 需要搜集鑽研各項研究的資訊， 包括質性或量性， 從而理解到對象社群或服務使用者的正真需要，因事制宜。 How to evaluate the effectiveness of services for users is the advantage of Public Health, and also enable Charlson to gain the knowledge of research. During the development of a service, study on various researches information is necessary, including qualitative and quantitative researches.
