Rock Tumbling for Beginners | Before & After Tutorial

I created this video specifically as a rock tumbling for beginners tutorial. For this video, I chose to use a vibratory tumbler. I began with some rough rock saw cuts I thought would be nice polished. I used a grinding wheel (80 grit wheel) to "clean up" the edges of the rock cuts and some of the pits and holes that were present. It is very important to realize that with vibratory tumbling, the rocks will not change much through the grit stages. Essentially, what you put in is what the rock will look like when it's finished, just polished and shiny.
