Dana 60 Step-by-Step Rebuild, Part 2, Project Brutus Ep. 8

This video is Part 2 of a 3 part series on the disassembly and refresh/rebuild of a Dana 60 king pin front differential from a 1990 F350. We cover things such as installation of inner axle seals, installation of aftermarket axle seals from Offroad Design and Seals-It, installation of the pinion seal and pinion yoke, installation of the carrier, and removal and installation of new races, bearings, and seals for the lower king pins. This video is also Episode 8 for Project Brutus, our 1987 F350 crew cab diesel dually field find that's being converted to 4WD. One additional note - after the video was uploaded, I removed the pinion nut and reinstalled it with Loctite, torqued to 250 ft/lbs. Thanks for watching and please don't forget to like and subscribe!
