We visited the Aurugambay; the surfing paradise of Sri Lanka last December, during the off-season, monsoon season! Off-season usually ranges from November to March. During this period, the beaches are less packed, and the waves are smaller, which makes it an excellent time to learn surfing. Unfortunately it rained heavily we couldn’t try surfing but enjoyed thoroughly at the beach, turned out we love cloudy and gloomy beach days too. The boys had an awesome time at the pool at @jetwingsurf where we stayed at when in Arugambay.
