【自分自身に障がいがあると感じたことはありますか】 高校三年生である田中花歩さんは1万人に一人の難病,レット症候群です。 彼女を囲み,【自分自身に障がいがあると感じたことはありますか】というテーマをお母さんの進行で,皆さんとお話しをしてみました。 タイ全権大使シントン閣下がお話ししてくれた足が不自由であったお父様のこと。 高校生ボランテイア,滝川ひなのさんがお話ししてくれた,幼稚園生の時に馬に噛まれ入院,そこで同室になった同じ歳の自閉症の女の子のお話。 元駐タイ日本全権大使小林閣下がお話ししてくれた現在進行形のご自身の聴覚衰退のお話。 アルプス技研杉本執行役員がお話ししてくれた靭帯切断,骨折でしばらく歩行不可能になった話。 小さい頃に足をかまどに入れてしまい,以後足が不自由になったお母さんのお話をしてくださった日本高分子技研の井上さん. 母としての思い, そしての抜群のファシリテートが,皆さんの「障がい」についての思いを引き出してくれました。 立場,年齢に関係なく,皆「障がい」と関わり,「不安」と同居しながら人生を前に進めているのだなと思います。 どんな人もいつかは「障がい者」になる。 障がいは決して「他人事」ではない。 【Have you ever felt you have had any disability in your life ?】 Ms.Kaho Tanaka is now 1 st grade in high school , suffering Ret syndrome, which occurs 1 out of 15000people. Having circled her, moderated by her mother ,the participants discussed the theme,【Have you ever felt you have had any disability in your life ?】 H.E.Mr.Sington Lapissatepum,Thai Ambassador to Japan, talked about his father who had disability in his legs due to motor bike accident. Ms.Hinano Takikawa,high school volunteer , talked about autism girl whom she met in the room of the hospital when she was hospitalized in the kindergarten due to being bitten by the horse . H.E.Mr.Kobayashi ,former Japanese Ambassador to Thailand,talked about his current decline of hearing. Mr.Sugimoto ,the board member of Altech corp.,talked about his experience which he couldn’t walk at all after he had cut ligament and fractured 2 bones of legs in rugby match. Mr.Inoue,president of Japan Polymer Technology talked about his mother who got her leg burn and became disable when she was child. Not only as her mother but as excellent facilitator ,Mrs.Tomoko Tanaka opened the minds of all participants and drew their thoughts about disability. All participants have been related to the disability in their life, and they are carrying some kind of anxiety with their life. Disability has nothing to do with position and age. Someday ,we would become disable.
