How to manage orders for your Online Store

Explaining the order management process with Jumpseller. If you need more help, just go to https://jumpseller.com/support/manual/ __________________________________________________________________ On your Admin Panel click on the orders section, here you have access to all information regarding orders. You can view all orders by clicking on the all orders button, you will see an order list with information about specific orders such as the name of the customer, the Payment Method they used, the Payment status, the Fulfillment status and total amount. You can search for an order manually, or use filters to local the desired order. You can scroll down to load more orders, search for a specific order or filter them by their status. You also have shortcut to certain actions such as changing order status. By clicking on the order number you will have access to detailed information. Here you can see the SKU, Price, discounts, Shipping and billing address provided by the customer. On the automatic map display, you are able to easily locate where you'll be shipping your product. If you scroll down you can also see the order history. On the top right, you can see the option to print the order information, change order status and fulfill orders. You can change the order status so that later you have all order's information correct. If the order is cancelled, the stock will be reverted. From the left sidebar you can also go to the section of Abandoned Orders, these are the orders that were not completed by the customer, and they can be recovered by reaching out to that customer again.
