On Thursday 5th March at 10.30am I took a peaceful morning stroll around the new Taşyaka Farmers Market in Fethiye, Türkiye Located in Taşyaka, this is the newest farmers market in the Fethiye area having opened last year. Although smaller than some of the other local markets it offers a wonderful selection of seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables, local cheeses, honey, spices, sweet treats and household items. It was a beautiful March day and the market felt calm, relaxed and easy to navigate. With fewer crowds, plenty of space to walk and convenient parking this market has a completely different atmosphere compared to the busier markets in the region.
