In this interview OBS CEO, Yianis Exarchos, describes the complexity of the task, citing the fact that there is no blueprint and success depends on the ability of those involved to adapt to the specific needs of each host nation. He sets high standards for himself and his staff, stating that the Olympic world is about excellence. He also encourages young people to embrace change as there is nowadays no such thing as a permanent job description.
