It is at rest, but since it is a motion form, it has not potential energy or rest mass or rest energy. An electron in an atom is motionless. It is not an oscillating probabilistic wave or particle. 2-Contrary to quantum theory, electrons are not identical, dimensionless point particles. They are have three dimensios and each electron has different radius, in other words wavelength in an atom. Each of successive ioniztion energies(ground state energies) of an atom corresponds to a certain radius(wavelength) of a different proton-bound Electron. 3-Protons are connected with each other and each electron made a joint motion with only a proton in an atom and electron and proton share the same spinning ring motion axis which have tangential speed of 1884000 km/s. There is no action at a distance between electron and nucleus, no gravitational or electrostatic attraction between them. 4-Under the influences of Free Electron Motion Forms’ consecutive waves, proton-bound Electron Motion Forms expand or shrink at a certain rate of squared effective consecutive wave numbers and at the speed of light.
