Could AI actually self-destruct before it takes over the world? In this talk, Tony explores how AI's rapid evolution and its unchecked cycles can lead to its unexpected self-destruction and break our entire internet. Tony is a Grade 12 IB student at The York School with a strong passion for technology. In his free time, he not only loves to participate in competitions on these subjects but also applies technology to solve real-world problems in various domains. Beyond academics, Tony enjoys music, chess, and basketball. He has founded and led clubs and organizations both in and out of school to inspire others in these fields. Through his TEDx talk, Tony aims to further ignite a passion for technology. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
