Description OMG HI GUYS this is gonna be a super long description so click of now if you’re “not reading allat” sooooo heyyyy- can’t believe how fast we’ve grown 😭😭 currently it’s the 18th of February as I’m writing this and we’re at 2,899 subscribers. That’s insane 😭as I’m writing this, I’ve also made exactly one minute of the video (the scene where the heart splits into two during the first chorus) I actually had a lot of trouble deciding what song to pick. I knew exactly what story I wanted to tell, but I didn’t want to use and obscure song because it would flop. I put way too much effort into this for it to flop. That basically meant no Japanese songs unless it was suki suki daisuki, but unpopular opinion time- I hate that song. ANYWAYS so I had to find a song that had been done before in GLMVs and I figured this one would work okay. Hope you guys weren’t too confused by the jumps between fantasy, flash forwards, and backstory. I like to think it was cool, but I also know it can be overwhelming. I tried to signify the cute from the backstory to other stuff with the white flash, so I hope that makes it a little easier to understand. I’m not super used to making music videos so please let me know if there’s anything I can improve on! I probably won’t be answering a lot of questions about lore until later in the series. I really wanna hear you guys theorise about them. I left a lot of little Easter eggs already and I’m planning a lot more, so share your theories with me! 🌝 also shout out to all the people who have to see me spam the same WIP with one new scene added onto it every five min in the chat- you know who you are. Just a normal boy named Aoi. He should have been anyway. How did it come to this? It was simple, really. It was a girl. A beautiful, kind girl. Her name was Fuyu. Aoi was mistreated at home. His parents forced him to do everything around the house while they sat around and gambled. His father smoked constantly, and wasn’t shy about drinking. When he was in a particularly bad mood or when Aoi forgot to do something, Aoi’s father would beat him. His mother would stand and watch, text, play games, or even sometimes egg him on. Aoi wasn’t allowed a job or friends, but it’s not like he could get those on his own. No one liked him at school anyway. He was the kid with bruises all up and down his face and arms. No one cared. No one had ever cared. That fateful night, he decided he would kill himself. He ran and he ran from school until it was dark and he was lost in the forest. He came upon a light, and thought that it was a shop. He could buy rope, a knife, chemicals, anything to end it all. But that’s not what he found. He found a shrine there. A shrine that was taken care of by a girl named Fuyu. Her family owned the shrine, but they were out of town at the moment. Fuyu welcomed him into the shrine, and let him make a wish and ring the bell. He wished that his parents would die. Fuyu then gifted him an omamori that would keep him safe. It was a purple one with flower print. Ever since that day, Fuyu and Aoi became friends. Without Aoi’s parents’ knowledge, of course. Aoi was beaten when he arrived home so late that night.
