Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuilds | This CAT 140M Grader NEEDS Repair | Part 2

These cylinders are in desperate need of a rebuild & new seals! In this Part 2 video of repairing the CAT 140M Grader, we remove the steer cylinders and blade lift cylinders off the machine for disassembly and installing new hydraulic seals. We show the step-by-step process to disassemble and tear down the cylinders before installing new seal kits and re-assembling in our hydraulic press. We also show replacing the steer pin bushes using a pull bolt before fitting the cylinders back onto the Grader. To complete the repairs, we re-attach the blade lift cylinders and centre shift cylinder to the A-frame and shim out the ball joints. MISSED PART 1?
