He had just started the migrating culture crossing project where he is building sustainable homes within the Somanya area. A few years ago he built his own off grid home which he was able to sell in a short period of time. After receiving several enquiries to build for others he started this project.This project is located only about 1 and half hours from Accra’s Kotoka International Airport in the eastern region. Within an area called Somanya. Each home is made out of earth blocks, with energy efficient features like solar, a water filtration system, a waste management system, 247 security, borehole and many other useful features.
