What filler should I use in the HYALURON PEN? Which filler is the best filler for the Hyaluron Pen. Fillers for Hyaluron Pen should have a few specific characteristics to them. The molecular size, the viscosity, cohesivity and type of cross-linking are all important aspects that make up the characteristics of the filler. Always remember that the Hyaluron Pen implants the filler very superficially and therefore needs a filler with the correct rheological properties to accommodate that superficial skin layer and not leave bumps or lumps behind.
