Gábor Döme talked about this Danube fishing tour full of challenges the following way: I recently fished on the dammed section of the Danube River in Slovakia. Here, above the Bős hydroelectric power plant, the river widens from the average 300-500 meters to 2.5-3 km and creates an ancient, "paradise" habitat for the fish and waterfowl living in the Danube. The area is shockingly wild and extremely full of snags. Most anglers would probably avoid it by far, but I am drawn to such difficult terrain! I was enriched with lifelong, very special knowledge and many new experiences in the few days I was able to spend here. What kind of fish did I come here for?
