This is causing issues, tying up 911 dispatchers, etc. Obviously I have no control over this. However, that county has requested that I clarify that this incident involved the Nicholas County Sheriff's Department, which has a phone number of 304-872-7880, if you want to call about this incident. Whatever number people are calling is reaching the OES, which again, is causing unnecessary issues that are actually counterproductive to your concerns. The county has relayed that they are concerned about the incident portrayed in the video.
