Vintage 1990 Kenmore Portable Washer.

I had a couple requests to do a video on this machine. I can do another video showing the controls, and the small dryer I used along with this machine. I do also have to do a video showing the controls on my full size machine as well as the dryer. I'll do those all in one video. I only use this machine to wash my rags from doing restorations and cleaning. It's a model 110.84870800. It was sitting for at least 10 years before I bought it. I cleaned it, replaced the clutch, put new agitator dogs in, and put a neutral drain pack in it as well as replacing the lip seal in the faucet adapter. It was filthy when I found it. This load of rags was mostly clean already, only a few were used and there was also 2 pair of work gloves in there. I just didn't have much to throw in that was dirty. If anyone wants, I can do another cycle with actual dirty stuff, but it's a Whirlpool direct drive, it will clean as expected. I skipped the filling in this video as well. It takes a while to fill and empty since the faucet coupler is a bit restrictive as well as my house having shitty water pressure at times. This uses the same pump and drive train as the full size variant, it just takes a while to empty since the drain hose is very small. At some point I'll hook it up to the regular hookup and see how it does.
