LG Electronics India Ltd. (LGEIL) is the Indian arm of the global LG brand, the same LG many of us have in our homes, on our TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines. Now, this market leader is coming to the stock market with a huge ₹11,607 crore IPO, one of the largest in the consumer electronics space, open from October 7 to October 9, 2025. The IPO is fully an Offer for Sale, meaning all the money will go to LG’s Korea-based parent company, not to the Indian subsidiary itself. The price band is ₹1,080–₹1,140 per share, and listing is expected on October 14, 2025. The company aims to raise ₹11,607.01 crore from its public issue, which is entirely an offer for sale (OFS).
