Welcome back to another Somali travel vlog! 🌍🇸🇴 In this video, we took a beautiful road trip from Mogadishu to the coastal city of Warsheikh, just 65 km north of the capital. I started the morning in Mogadishu, had breakfast, and set out on this peaceful journey with my friend Zubeyr. Along the way, we captured incredible views of the Somali countryside — camel herders, small villages, and the famous John Carlo ruins near Ceel Macaan. 🐪🌾 We also stopped to experience daily life — I even tried fetching water from a local well! 🚰 As we got closer to Warsheikh, the scenery became breathtaking — long stretches of coastline, turquoise ocean views, and lush palm trees. 🌊🌴 Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the District Commissioner of Warsheikh and locals who showed us true Somali hospitality. Later, we relaxed at Hotel Nasiye, where we planned to stay for two days and explore the area more deeply. This vlog isn’t just a trip — it’s a reminder of the beauty, peace, and potential of Somalia.
