Ever since the launch of the original Plethora X5 that there have been questions regarding the MIDI implementation, and what you can do with it. In this video, we'll take a deep dive into what you CAN do with MIDI-wise with the Plethora X3 and X5: Switch boards, both by toggling up and down and direct access; Toggle individual effects on an off Toggle groups of effects on an off Tweak the hotnobz with an expression pedal Turn effects on and off with the expression pedal Emulate a 2 pressure level MASH switch Control multiple devices with one controller This video is based on the Plethora X3, but also applicable to the X5 - and the general principles are the same for every MIDI controlled device. So even if you're never used MIDI before - this guide is for you. MIDI clock is still notably absent from the Plethora MIDI implementation, but it's high on the user requests, so we'll see where the future takes us.
