Mudder Raincoat Hood and sleeves B0179JU94G A well constructed polyethylene rain slicker. The seams are all straight and welded properly with no open gaps. The snaps all operate nicely. None just fly open and none need a pair of plyers to snap them together. As expected in the rain test, when closed and sealed no exposed parts were dry but those within were adequately sheltered. If you ran into one of those spring showers that blow in low and fast and you are a quarter mile from the door at the store, when you arive back at your land cruiser you will still be mostly dry, nothing a paper towel for hands and cheeks would not fix up. I was able to completely ignore a sprinkle, and mostly ignore a light rain. I did have a care about lightning. But, it was not sold as lightning proof. I had a similar rain slicker decades ago. It was a little lighter and sold as a disposeable. So, My thought is if this lasted through spring and fall rainy season I would be ahead.
