Here are some of the tips shared in the video: Tip #1: Have a clean, neat, decluttered space where everything is easy to locate and within close reach. Have everything sorted and labeled for easy access to things so you don’t waste time looking for things you can’t find. Tip #2: Have a decluttered email inbox by deleting emails you don’t need Saving emails in folders Unsubscribing, if possible Your inbox should ONLY have things you are going to work on this week. After you work on each, delete or save in folders (LABELS). Tip #3: Work in chunked times. For example, give yourself 1 hour of uninterrupted time to work on a project each day for the next 4 days until it is completely finished. Tip #4: AVOID ALL TIME GUZZLERS or things that you do that waste time! To better understand where your time goes, do a time audit! Tip #5: Make time management a priority and a focus area. Have the right MINDSET that you are going to use your time more efficiently and productively so you can be intentional about how you spend it. Tip #6: Train people you work with that when you are working on projects and tasks you must be highly focused; get them to understand that your time is valuable and can’t waste it. Tip #7: Use checklists for every project, task, and daily to-do items. Tip #8: Use your downtimes highly effectively! Downtimes at work mean “catching up” time or “getting ahead” time. Tip #9: Keep your computer desktop decluttered. Tip #10: Don’t have too many internet site tabs open. You will keep pressing on tabs to find the ones you’re looking for (wasted time that you cannot get back).
