Testo : 600 g gladke moke 100 ml olivno olje ( velja tudi drugo ) 200 ml mlačnega mleka 1 jogurt ( 180 ml ) 1 vrečka suhega kvasa (7 g ) 1 žlička sladkorja 1 pecilni prašek 1 - 2 žličke soli Najprej damo v mlačno mleko kvas, žličko sladkorja in 2 žlice moke premešamo in pokrijemo ter pustimo, da se kvas aktivira. Med tem v mešalno posodo damo vse ostale sestavine, ko se kvas aktivira ga dodamo v ostale sestavine in pregnetemo v mešalniku ali pa na roke. Posodo v kateri smo gnetli testo premažemo malo z oljem in pustimo da se testo malo aktivira kakšne pol ure in ga ponovno malo pregnetemo ter pustimo še pol ure pokritega. Ko je testo gotovo ga na delovni površini pregnetemo in lepo raztegnemo z rokami v velikost pekača. Na pico daste kar želite, jaz sem dala šunko, slanino paradižnikovo omako, ajver, gobice, svežo papriko, feferone in sir. Origana nisem dala, ker ga mi nimamo radi. Pico pecite na 220 stopinj 15 - 20 minut odvisno od vaše pečice.
