How To Install Swingarm Bearings on 2006 Honda CRF450R Dirt Bike/Motorcycle

This is a how to install swingarm bearings in a dirt bike installation video. We are working on a 2006 Honda CRF450 and using All Balls Racing swingarm bearings. I want to apologize for not having the part where we pounded out the bearings on film. I was at the powdercoater's and he was in a hurry to get the swingarm in the paint booth. But we had them out in 5 minutes and we just used a socket and 3 inch extension to punch those out with a 5 lb hammer. If you don't have 1/2 drive sockets use 3/8 all thread so it will fit through your 3/8 drive sockets. I got my all thread, nuts and washers from Ace Hardware.
