FAQ: For anyone interested enough to read the description, here are answers to the most common questions: What do you do for a living? I'm a coach and help people shape their lives in a self-determined and self-effective way. I support them in recognizing and disempowering inner resistance and harmful or outdated beliefs. I give workshops on disempowering fears, dissolving beliefs, and building resilience. One focus of my work is personality psychology. Do you also provide therapy? No, I chose counseling and coaching because you don't have to be sick/disordered to make life incredibly difficult for yourself. That's fine too. What did you study and what are your qualifications? I have a university degree (Magister Artium, now Master's) in humanities, a university degree as a psychological counselor/coach, and am a certified alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, plus numerous academic, therapeutic, and coaching training courses.
