Upgrade: Seventh St, New West

Looks like there's still some paint missing at the start - there should be markings for bikes to turn in to/out of Belmont. Unfortunately Belmont is a dead-end, this new bike route doesn't connect to any other bike routes on the north end, or anywhere in the middle. At the south end, it's an extension of Agnes. Still useful to access Uptown, but it needs to connect to Crosstown Greenway somehow. Footage is ~2x speed, unless otherwise noted.
