My car would get warm sometimes with the AC on in stopped traffic. This is a sign the fan clutch has leaked its fluid out, or is not functioning properly in some fashion. Turns out you can refill those clutches in an attempt to get some more life out of them. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but we're gonna give it a try anyway!
