This is the engine assembly video on a 1997 Honda Fourtrax 300 trx300fw. This will be the same process on all years of the 300 Fourtrax. This is a 4x4 model but the 2x4 engine is very similar. I also installed a gear reduction on this bike which I will link below but some of the sequence may look off while installing the clutches. Just watch till the end and it will all come together.
