RECIPES COFFEE SMOOTHIE 1 scoop of coffee mixed with a little boiling water (1/4 of a mug) 1 banana 150ml milk of choice 1 scoop of oats (more if you want to make the smoothie more of a breakfast) squirt of honey! BLEND TUNA SPAGHETTI (serves 2) 2 garlic cloves 1 sweet red pepper 1 chilli deseeded Handful of shilots 2 tomatoes chopped 2 small tins of tuna scoop of creme fraiche handful spinach squirt of ketchup squeeze of lemon sprinkle of fresh basil 360g spaghetti fry all ingredients together whilst boiling the spaghetti and then mix together! STUFFED PEPPERS (serves 2) 4 peppers handful of shilots 300g turkey mince 2 cloves garlic 200ml pasata sprinkle of herbs (fry all together whilst boiling 100g brown rice) add 1/2 mozzarella, 50g feta and handful of spinach just before mixture looks ready. boil peppers for 3 minutes (optional) and then add in the mince mixture to the peppers. sprinkle breadcrumbs and parmesan on top. grill for 3-4 minutes on 250 degrees ceclius. HONEY BAKED CINAMMON PEARS take out the middle of your pears chop up nut of your choice (i used pecans) and fill the holes in the pears with the nuts. sprinkle with honey and cinammon and a little brown sugar bake for 30 minutes on 180 degrees celcius. serve alone or with greek yoghurt!
