In this AU doremon goes back to future for his check up but he found out that he have some is issue in his body and if he didn't fix that then it create a big problem in his body and in his pocket so he asked how much time it take to fix it the doctor said it atleast take a 1-2 month and because of that he can't go back to nobita but he refuse to do that and the problem got bigger and it creat issue in his pocket because of the issue he was unable to use gadgets than he go back and did his check up again and fond out that his problem become very big and if he didn't get treatment he would stop working and never going back to nobita so he didn't have a choice and start his treatment on the other hand Nobita was worried about him he couldn't find doremon anywhere and he didn't have a way to contact him so he thought doremon left him ( doremon didn't tell him about this thought Nobita might be worried) he became depressed but after some time he thought maybe doremon would come back if he became good at study and get good grades so he start to work hard and study and get good grades but doremon didn't return but he still didn't lost his hope and continue studying but still when doremon didn't return he started be more depressed and stop hanging out with his friends and as time pass he lost his emotions and become gloomy and after the middle school because he became very good at study he get admission in the Tokyo metropolitan high school that's how he separate from his friends on the other hand doremon was recovered when Nobita was in middle school but he didn't come back because when he saw Nobita studying and getting good grades he thought if he come back to Nobita than he will stop study because he started to work hard so doremon come back that's why doremon decide to not come back to Nobita.
