The Birsk It 580 is the perfect pellet smoker for someone new to BBQ or someone who wants to add a little technology to their cooking experiences! This pit certainly smokes good and the way the PID works hand in hand with the fan, helps keep the chamber temps close to the temp setting. Every cook turned out great and I was impressed with the automatic recipes mode too! I hope in the future Brisk It makes a bigger model.
