Hey folks, in this film I'll show you how to make an absolutely DELICIOUS Black Forest gateaux chocolate stout using a Wilko Chocmeister Stout extract kit and Simply Syrups Black Forest Gateaux flavoured sugar syrup. This is a really easy recipe to follow and is in fact the first beer that I've ever made using an extract kit, which is hugely more efficient than making beer from grain. The film gos through all of the brewing stages from the list of ingredients, to the recipe, fermentation, racking, bottling, conditioning and finally an opening and tasting at Slaley Hall in Northumberland, UK. As I mentioned this was my first experience of using an extract kit, which will definitely not be my last. I really enjoyed the process and learned a lot from it, so much so that I've already got two other kits now currently in production! I hope that you enjoy the film, cheers folks!
