The John Mast Case - What We Can Learn from This Tragedy

John Mast was the target parent in one of the worst PA cases I've ever seen. I was brought in as co-counsel and handled the custody portion of his trial. It spanned 3 states and several different agencies. Ultimately John was killed at a visitation exchange by his ex-father-in-law (awaiting trial). Attorneys, counselors, and other professionals can learn important information from John's case and how it was handled by the Court and the agencies involved.
