The Tick Tock Diner (34th Street & 8th Avenue, located in the New Yorker Hotel) takes it a step further, with breakfast offerings that are not only delicious, but healthy. The recently renovated Tock Tock Diner is open 24 hours. Accessible from the lobby of the New Yorker Hotel or 8th Avenue, the Tick Tock Diner is much more than a greasy spoon. During my morning visit, I ordered the Bodybuilder Wrap, but also considered the Protein Breakfast. As you'll see in the video, portions are generous and everything is made to order. The Tick Tock Diner is a great value, particularly in pricey Midtown Manhattan.
