With AARI, you can build simple workflows that enable employees to better serve your customers and easily launch your existing Automation Anywhere bots when needed. 00:20 Take a look at this example. Here we have a Resort Booking Process where a customer service agent will be able to help a customer book lodging as well as restaurant reservations and tickets to a show. 00:31 The process will start with a task form. Once the initial form is completed, a bot will book the reservation. If the customer expressed interest in a restaurant reservation, another task form will be displayed to the customer service agent for collecting reservation details and another bot will book the reservation. As a customer service agent, I can fill in all of the guest’s information and preferences. In this example, let’s say we’re interested in dinner reservations, but not a show.
