Scenic Flight to Mount Rainier From Thun Field (KPLU) - Multi Cam Test

On June 24th, 2022 I took a scenic flight around Mount Rainier. I have recently purchased 3 GoPro Hero 10's in order to film my flying adventures and I wanted to test out some battery packs I got for the cameras and dip my toe into Multi Camera Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro CC. I learned a lot on this flight and through this process. I'll probably put together videos on my process because I had to cobble together instructions from multiple YouTubers to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. There didn't seem to be one video that explained exactly what I wanted to do. Oh well. Couple of things I screwed up on this flight: 1) No propeller filter on the camera mounted on the wing strut, so rolling shutter can be seen throughout the video on that camera angle. OOPS 2) The camera mounted to the tail swiveled too easily and so on takeoff the camera pointed straight down toward the ground and it wasn't as visually appealing as I had hoped it would be. 3) I bought some really cool cases for the exterior GoPro cameras that would extend their life to 5 hours shooting at 5K 30fps. Unfortunately I did not realize that you needed to turn them on in order for them to supply power to the GoPros, so those two cameras died about 35 minutes into the flight. 🤬 Overall I was happy with the result and I realized trying to find royalty free music for over 1/2 hour of video is painful! I'm looking forward to more and better flying videos this summer.
