British Airways was recently named one of the worst long-haul airlines (along with Air Canada) by UK consumer group Which? It is not hard to see why that’s the case, considering the choices one has to fly from Canada. While I’ve had quite good experiences with the airline from Singapore to London and onward to Montreal, this airline has serious problems when it comes to the quality of their cabin product. Join me in this review as I experienced a 12 years old BA 787 Dreamliner that has seen better days (note: it's already been refurbished since I flew). You'll see why.
