Chief Moomen's poetry performance at the Dignified Storytelling Forum 2021

Chief Moomen is a Ghanaian performance poet, playwright and creator of theatrical spectacles. He believes in the power of the arts to heal, inspire and transform people and nations. His works often draw from history and heritage to highlight the interconnectedness of the human experience. In 2018, CNN profiled Chief Moomen for an edition of its African Voices. In 2017, he was awarded as one of Coca Cola Ghana’s Big Six Young Achievers in the category Media and Entertainment. Here is a moving poetry performance by Chief Moomen at the Dignified Storytelling Forum which was held on 10 December 2021, at Expo2020 Dubai. In this performance, he beautifully describes putting the 10 Dignified Storytelling principles into practice.
