Welcome to Girl Scouts of West Central Florida! This is an orientation video for New Troop Leaders. The purpose of this video is to get you acquainted with some of the initial steps of becoming a Troop Leader, learn about our council, be introduced to Girl Scout program and structure, and become familiar with some of the handy resources that are available to you. This video is not a replacement for your face-to-face orientation with your service unit volunteers, but will prepare you and spark questions for your face-to-face meeting.
