Experience the incredible atmosphere of the St Patrick’s Day Parade in London 2026, one of the biggest celebrations of Irish culture in the UK. Thousands of spectators filled the streets of central London as the annual St Patrick’s Festival returned with colourful floats, traditional Irish music, dancing, marching bands and performers from around the world. The parade took place on Sunday 15 March 2026, travelling along Piccadilly, St James’s Street, Pall Mall and Cockspur Street, before finishing at Trafalgar Square, where a huge festival stage hosted live performances, food stalls and cultural events throughout the afternoon.. Also known as Lá Fhéile Pádraig or Paddy’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, is a global celebration that honours Ireland’s patron saint while showcasing Irish culture, community spirit and heritage across London. This year’s parade was led by Grand Marshal Emma Dabiri, an Irish writer and broadcaster, and featured Irish county associations, community organisations, dancers, musicians, carnival performers and marching bands celebrating the long-standing Irish contribution to London. With an estimated 50,000 spectators lining the route, the streets were filled with green flags, Irish dancing, live drumming, and performers representing communities from across Ireland, the UK and beyond.
