My first try at test knitting a 'simple' beanie pattern ended up being not so simple after straight up misreading and some tricky gauge conundrums. I've wanted to do a test knit for a while to challenge myself and learn to adapt and push through a project without totally modifying it. It's a long one so get something to knit while you watch!
